Oakland & Co is a firm of solicitors specialising in employment law.

Daniel Oakland is the Principal of the firm. He is a solicitor and a qualified barrister with over 30 years’ experience of dealing with the full range of employment issues for both employees and employers. He has been the Head of Employment Law departments in well-known West End and City legal practices.

Employment law has become an increasingly complex area with new regulations, rights and obligations being created on what seems like an almost daily basis.
