LBMW is a full service law firm in the heart of Westminster. Our practice is split between business law, private client and ecclesiastical, education and charity/not for profit law.
Under the broad heading of 'business' we offer commercial, corporate, employment, dispute resolution and IP/IT law. Our private client team handles a full spectrum of work required by individuals and families including wills, trusts and probate, estate planning, court of protection work and marriage, divorce and children.
The ecclesiastical, education and charity department is the more niche offering and the one where we are market leaders. We have a strong multi-faith/religious institutions practice as well as acting for schools and higher education colleges. We represent many parts of the Church of England too.
Whilst we are based in Westminster and have strong ties to the local area, we act for clients all over the country as well as clients based abroad doing business or with affairs in the UK.

We are situated within short walking distance from both Westminster and St James Park tube stations. There are several bus routes that go through Westminster and we are a slightly longer walk over Westminster bridge from Waterloo.
Parking in the Westminster area is very limited but where a visitor is unable to use public transport, it can be possible to arrange temporary parking outside our office. Please contact our Operations Manager, Julie Marshall to arrange this.
Our building is listed and the front door is accessed by four steps. Please let us know if wheelchair access is required in advance and we will ensure we are ready to ease you entry to the office.
During the Coronavirus pandemic the office has been largely shut and most staff have been working from home. That has varied according to the particular state of lockdown or tier that the office has been in. Where it is essential for you to visit our office, we ask please that you do not do so if you have any COVID symptoms or are feeling unwell. A thorough risk assessment has been maintained throughout and measures put in place designed to ensure the safety of staff and visitors. When you do visit, we ask that you sanitise your hands immediately on entry, follow signs in the building and ensure you are always at least 2m from other people.
