Greenberg Traurig’s Amsterdam office is home to more than 65 lawyers, tax advisors, and civil-law notaries. We advise companies that are active both in the Netherlands as well as internationally. Founded in 2003 as the firm’s first non-U.S. office, GT Amsterdam’s core practices are corporate real estate, corporate mergers and acquisitions, corporate litigation, and tax, supported by our experience in areas including EU antitrust litigation and competition regulation, finance, intellectual property, administrative law, entertainment, and employment. Our integrated approach, providing a 360-degree review of your business, enables us to advise you on strategic issues and decisions, as well as offer legal counsel from multiple perspectives. We are well-versed in European and Dutch law, and many of our attorneys have also done legal work in the United States.

The lawyers listed in this overview have registered a legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal areas. Based on the registration, they are required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
